Monday we got out for a heck of a hike on the Matilijah Falls trail. We read that the 9-mile hike would take 5-6 hours which I totally didn't believe, until I saw how rough the 'trail' became as we got closer to the falls. The effort was totally worth it and the falls were beautiful. My feet hate me today! So do my legs and my back.
