around here goes nuts when the oil company announces any oil platform
expansions, yet they refuse to commute by train, bike or carpool -
instead they want to drive their own Hummer or Land Rover, by
themselves, and let someone else figure out how to supply the gasoline
while simultaneously reducing global warming.
