THE ANATOMY OF BREAD

During a late lunch today Donna was kind enough to explain to me the
anatomy of bread, while ripping out the soft center. Panera Bread is
one of our favorites - you know the food is good when I sit in an
establishment for almost an hour and don't touch the free WiFi.
