Nothing substantial here... Nothing more than mutterings and ramblings and little snapshots from our everyday life.

THUR A.M.
Having a Starbuck's right across the street from our new home is both a blessing and a curse.
TUCKERED OUT
Both Donna and Buddy would just occasionally open their eyes Wednesday night after a long walk and dinner.
SHORT EVENINGS, LONG SHADOWS
The late-day sunlight, the nearby scenery and the wonderful company of Donna make our evening walks quite enjoyable. Nevertheless, as I look at my recent photos, compared to my photos of just a few months ago, I'm realizing how little variety there is to life, today.
I know, the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence, but I miss having the time for Donna and I to watch the sun set from the top of a mountain during an after-work mountain bike ride.
It's just been a big change I guess and one that it's taking time to adjust to.

AN OBSCENE HOUR
5:30am is not my favorite time of the day. An hour like that is designed for roosters and overachievers. I'm neither.
Regardless, after missing last night's walk, I was determined to go out with Donna and Buddy this morning.

RELIEF
After a long day at work, followed by more work once I get home, there's nothing more comforting than my sweetheart's company. Donna had to walk Buddy by herself Tuesday night since work was keeping me so busy but the three of us had a little time together before concluding the day.
